Profiteroles.
2oz Butter
1/4 Pint of water
2 1/2oz Plain flour
2 Eggs

Place butter & water in pan until melted, bring to boil then take off of the heat and add the flour, mix until smooth then cool before adding both eggs and working in until the mixture is smooth. Spoon mixture into 9-12 balls on a baking tray with baking paper damped. Place in a pre-heated oven at 220C for 10mins then turn down to 190C for a further 10-15mins. Whip up cream and place inside each roll by making an incision underneath, then cover in melted chocolate.
