Rose Water Cupcakes.

40g Unsalted Butter
140g Caster Sugar
100g Plain Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
120ml Whole Milk
1 tbsp Rose Water
Red Food Colour

Icing
200g Cream Cheese
60g Icing Sugar
Decorate with icing flowers

Mix butter, sugar, flour, salt and baking powder with electric whisk until a sandy consistency. Mix milk and egg in separate bowl and work into mixtures in parts, until a smooth batter. Last add rose water and food colouring until mixture is pink, add to cupcake cases filling 1/3 way up before placing in a pre-heated oven for 18mins at 190C.
Mix cream cheese and icing sugar along with some more red food colour to make a smooth pink cream cheese frosting, spread on cooled cupcakes and decorate with edible flowers.
