Home-made Plum Wine.

3 1/2 lb Ripe Plums

4lb Granulated Sugar

1 Pack of Red Wine Yeast

1 Gallon of Water

Wash the plums, place in a large pot and pour on water, heat up until water boils, then mash with wooden spoon and leave for ten days. After remove the mould carefully, strain off into another bowl and add sugar, yeast and stir. Cover and stir daily for three days before it is ready to bottle using a demijohn with an airlock for six to nine months.
