Quinoa in Almond Milk with Strawberries & Walnuts.

30g quinoa
125ml almond milk
4 fresh strawberries, sliced
6 walnut halves
cinnamon

Place the quinoa and almond milk in a pot and leave on a medium heat to simmer for 15-18 mins until all the milk has been absorbed and the quinoa has softened. If the liquid has evaporated and the quinoa isn't cooked, then add a little more milk until it has. It should not need to be drained, so simply place in a dish, sprinkle a little cinnamon on the quinoa and place slices of strawberries and walnut halves on top. Nice and simple, enjoy!
