Chocolate Nice-Cream.

2 bananas, peeled
1tbsn raw cacao powder
1tbsn almond nut butter (Use peanut butter if that is what you have)
2tsp honey (optional)

If you avoid dairy or simply want to keep your body beach-ready, then this is the ice cream for you. It's my favourite and I make it all the time because its quick and easy. Firstly, you need to freeze your bananas for a couple hours (if you leave the skins on you will regret it, as peeling a frozen banana is not the easiest thing to do.) Simply blend everything and serve. If you find after blending it it has become too smooth, re-freeze for another 40mins. I have sprinkled some rose bud tea heads and honey glazed seeds with buckwheat on mine.
