Apple, Buckwheat & Chia Oats.

2tbsp oats
2tbsp chia seeds
3 drops vanilla with pods
2tsp dried apple
3tsp buckwheat
150ml almond milk

A healthy little breakfast pot for the morning, I eat it from time to time. Nice and simple.
Place the oats, chia seeds, vanilla and buckwheat in a bowl or glass, top up with your milk of choice whether it be dairy or an alternative and leave in the fridge to soak over night. Then simply top with dried apple and some honey for breakfast.
