Nut Bread.

70g pumpkin seeds
70g sunflower seeds
60g walnuts, broken up
140g rolled oats
3tbsp chia seeds
85g ground flax seed
2tsp Himalayan pink salt
1tsp honey, heated slightly
3tbsp coconut oil, heated slightly
300ml water

I really love nut bread, it is good with butter, chutney, or cheese, the walnuts give it a soft crunch.
In a mixing bowl, place all of your ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated. Spoon mixture into a greased small loaf baking tin. Let it sit over night before placing in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 30mins. When cooked, allow it to cool before removing and slicing. Tastes great with my recipe for mango chutney.
