Fruit Crumble.

100g fruit; cooking apple slices and mixed berries
1/2tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Topping:
1tbsp plain white flour
1tbsp butter
1/2tbsp brown sugar

This is a mini crumble for one. I made a mix of cooking apples and dark berries. Place them in a pot with the water and sugar and simmer for a few minutes until the fruit softens. Place the mixture in your dish. In a separate bowl put the flour, butter and sugar and rub together with your fingers until you have a breadcrumb consistency. Sprinkle it over the fruit and baked in a pre heated oven of 180C for 15mins until golden. Serve with clotted cream.
