Pomegranate Overnight Oats.

35g rolled oats
10g pomegranate seeds
100g Greek yoghurt
30g raspberries
1tbsp quinoa
1/2tbsp lindseed

Topping:
30g raspberries
10g pomegranate seeds
1tbsp pumpkin seeds, goji berries and linseed

I make overnight oats everyday, as its quicker than cooking oats first thing in the morning.
Simply mix all your ingredients in a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning place in a bowl with the toppings.
