1 avocado, mashed
1 medium tomato, chopped up
1/2 lime squeezed
1tsp garlic paste
pinch of chilli flakes
1tbsp chopped coriander
salt and pepper

During my trip in the south of France, after a day of climbing, hiking or Via Ferrata, we would all get together in the evening (there was eleven on us staying in the villa) and we would take turns to cook for everyone. My friend one evening made Guacamole as starter and the recipe was so good I thought I would share.
