Overnight Oats.

I use 1/3 cup of rolled oats to 1 cup of liquid, place in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight, it takes two minutes to prepare. You can soak them in homemade nut milk but I opt for water as I don’t notice the difference. I top with coconut, chopped dates and frozen raspberries along with a little honey or maple syrup, I carry it in a jar if I am travelling somewhere and don’t have time to eat at home.
